The narrator is a somewhat humorous story about how the human mind works (or doesn’t - at least for one individual…).  It is also about healing and being healed, friendship and family, and we threw in some philosophy just to keep it light.  If you like the beach, Buffett, the Dead, Gonzo journalism, and mind altering substances, you’ll fit right in. Go on, take the plunge.  It only hurts for a little while…
